A New Thread Begins…
There are moments in life where you can feel the threads beginning to weave themselves into something new.
Not forced.
Not rushed.
Just gently unfolding.
Lately, I’ve been feeling that in every direction.
Walking into my new yoga studio, meeting the staff, sharing space with new faces, I felt something awaken inside of me again — possibility. Not the kind rooted in performance or proving, but the kind that feels like exhaling after holding your breath for too long.
A remembering.
For so long, my path has been about unraveling.
Peeling back layers.
Learning how to come home to myself through yoga, breath, sound, stillness, and the courage to begin again.
And now…
it feels like the next thread is being placed into the tapestry.
This new chapter is not just about teaching yoga.
It’s about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to soften.
Safe enough to breathe.
Safe enough to remember they were never broken to begin with.
I think healing often begins there —
not in fixing,
but in witnessing.
In slowing down long enough to hear the whispers underneath the noise.
As I continue building Threads by Zensetter and growing into this vision, I realize more and more that this work is not something I do.
It’s something I live.
The threads of yoga…
the threads of sound…
the threads of grief, growth, motherhood, reinvention, courage, and creativity…
they have all led me here.
To this beautiful in-between season where the unknown no longer feels terrifying —
it feels sacred.
I don’t know exactly where every thread will lead next.
But for the first time in a long time,
I trust the weaving.
And I cannot wait to share this next chapter with you.
